Together we will practice each morning with a special intention to guide our movement and momentum throughout the week.

Spend the days relaxing by the pool, playing at the beach, exploring with our local guides, and learning about and eating the local favorites.

Evenings include restorative yoga practice, mellow movement, meditation, sipping drinks, dancing by the moonlight, and with led self-inquiry practices to support your journey.
